About ৳1,500 to ৳2,500 per sq ft for mid range work and ৳2,500 to ৳4,000 or more for premium corporate floors in 2026. A 10,000 sq ft floor at mid range comes to roughly ৳1.5 crore to ৳2.5 crore, with furniture and AC units sometimes priced separately.
How long does a corporate fit out take?
For about 3,000 sq ft, plan roughly 6 to 10 weeks of site work after 3 to 5 weeks of design, BOQ and ordering. Larger floors take longer, and long lead items such as AC and glass should be ordered early.
Who handles AC, fire safety and electrical design?
The interior firm coordinates the MEP work: power, data, AC, fire detection and emergency lighting, following BNBC 2020 and the building’s own rules.
Can you work on a floor we already occupy?
Yes. Work can be phased by department, with noisy work at night or on Fridays, agreed with the building manager in advance.
Do you design offices outside Dhaka?
