Can I change a ready duplex plan to fit my plot?
Yes. Most families start from a plan they like and the architect adjusts it to the plot size, road side, setbacks and number of bedrooms. Tell us which plan you like when you request quotes.
Will the architect handle RAJUK or local approval?
The firms we match prepare the approval drawings and can submit them for you in RAJUK, CDA or other city areas. You will still need to supply the land papers.
Do you design village duplex houses?
Yes. Village duplexes usually need a veranda, a courtyard and a simpler structure. Permission comes from the pourashava or union parishad instead of a development authority.
How many floors of plans are included?
Two floors plus the roof for a duplex. If you want to add floors later, ask for the foundation and columns to be designed for the future height now.
